Following Hui-ā-Tau 2024, the resignation period for members has been extended to 1 month. In practice this will be a four week notice period, because membership payments are aligned with fortnightly salary deductions. Depending on your payment method, your payments might be cancelled by NZEI Te Riu Roa, or cancellation might require action from you.
